About Me

Our Program

Infant Lessons
Teaching infants survival skills in the water can start as early as 4 months old. We believe in introducing them to the basics of swimming at a young age. There are two different approaches to these lessons, depending on your goals for your child. The frequency of lessons will be determined by what you hope to achieve. Our dedicated team will gently introduce your little one to the water and guide them through the fundamental survival skills. We understand that this is a new learning environment for them, so we always prioritize their comfort and well-being. We recommend three lessons per week to ensure consistent progress.

Survival to Swimming
For toddlers and children, we dive right into the fundamentals of survival swimming. They will learn essential skills such as swimming on their tummies, floating on their back, rolling over, reaching walls safely, and even jumping and sliding into the pool! Once they have mastered these survival skills, we focus on developing their independence and problem-solving abilities in the water. Alongside these skills, we also work on building their confidence, teaching them to respect their personal limits, and establishing safe practices. We recommend three lessons per week for optimal results.

Stroke Work + Development
It's never too late to learn strokes, whether you're a teenager or an adult. Our program is designed to cater to all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or need some refinement for a specific event, we're here to assist you. For our teenage and adult clients, we suggest booking a double lesson that lasts for 40 minutes. Our experienced staff will work closely with you to help you achieve your swimming goals.
